Ongoing effort still conducting by teachers who joining to the Sekaa Guru Peduli Lingkungan Bali – SGPL or Environment Concern Teacher Association. The SGPL had been planning the 2008 annual programs that focused to the environment education integrated into the local curriculum to each subject lessons. Aside from planning the class research and action approach the SGPL Bali also continuing to have environmental actions. The plan had been discussed in the annual meeting and appointing new board of directors of the association in January the seventh. Mr Anak Agung Dalem from Number 5 Denpasar State Highschool (SMA Negeri 5 Denpasar) had been appointed as SGPL chairman of the new board of directors for period 2008 – 2010.

The class research and action approach become the focus to transfer knowledge to students because the environment education have not comprehended fully by the teachers and the approach can be applied by the teachers during teaching session. Through the approach SGPL Bali tried to find the fit method and media to transfer the knowledge to the students about the environment issues. It's expected that the lesson would be easier to understand and also will endear children to their environment. And the benefit for the teachers that when the approach is recognise by the Education and Cultural Department those teachers will be able to gain more points. Hope this idea will attract more teachers to join the association.
