Every March 22, all people of the world who concern over the water commemorate the World Water Day. The action had been 16 years since 1992 in the Earth Summit at Rio de Janeiro.

Every natural incidents occurred in the world enough for us to be aware that how important and invaluable water for the life. Recently, water is difficult to be found. Scarce, less in quantity and decrease quality. The overprice of bottled water, hard for irrigation like subak to survive for farming, we had to dig deeper to have clean water and a lot of polluted rivers because of liquid waste and garbages from either households, hotels, restaurants, and dyed business. The water flooded from drainages whenever the rain falls or heavy flooding because landslide and the deforestation which cause the water become more critically endangered.

Children is the next generation that will have the earth in the future also had the right over the quality water. If the clean water in Denpasar recently become critically what can we expect in the next 10 or 20 years? Children may not have the quality water or even the water is really extinct.

This awareness and concerns that encourage PPLH Bali to have action together in order to commemorate the World Water Day in Bali. The action was small but benefit for the earth. The action was collected the anorganic waste from the schools' yard to the Pica Square in Sanur. For kid who was collected the most garbage will awarded with present. After that the action continued with aforestation, each child planted one seedling.

The three hours activities with children was resulted about 350 seedlings were planted by the grade 5 class ( around 10-11 years old) of seven Elementary schools in Sanur. The nurturing seedlings will be aided by the PPLH Bali volunteers. It's expected next year the planting seedlings can be conducted in each schools' yard, or in the place that needed the aforestation.

The last message for children, started from this second, let's promised to ourselves to use water diligently and economically, to keep water sources cleas with not throwing garbage away to the rivers and planting seedlings as many as we can so the water supply will be existed forever.
