Feeling responsible to the children's future, the Nak Nik Bali Group in Denpasar invited PPLH Bali to become their keynote speaker. Mbok Luh the founder of this group wanted to give the basic knowledge and awareness of environment to their children and to have them to love their environment as early as their young age. The training was conducted on 3 February 2008 and attended by 20 children of all ages. The children were cheerfully gathered in a hall and they impatiently waited for the PPLH Bali team to come and give then new exciting experiences. After the introduction the children were taken to play games to know garbage and its kind. After that the theory is given and directly to practice the theory right away how to use the garbage into useful things and have the organic waste to become compost. The children were enthusiast and eager when they practiced the theory, not one of them feel disgusted when they have to hold organic waste to become compost. Because the lesson was so exciting, two hours had been passing. Next month will be scheduled to give lesson to the Nik Nak children which will be the river ecosystem introduction. Well their activities so interesting.
